Description
Blanc de Blancs, with oak maturation, Pernay or Ypres, Crystal clear sparkling wine with a light green hue and fine sparkling, Recognizable Chardonnay with mature scents such as bisquit, toast, brioche, apple and pear. A little later hazelnut and almond. Nice flavor profile, bone dry. Pure and aromatic with pointed acidity. Light oak maturation gave this wine fine tannins. Only 600 per year, 75cl, 12% vol. Without sugar dosage
