Description

Blanc de Blancs, 36 months and 12 months ‘sur pointes’ before disgorgement. Fine pearling, mature scents such as biscuit, toast, brioche, apple and pear. Slightly citric with a nice balance between acids and sugars. The beautiful golden yellow hue is obtained by skin maceration before pressing, which ensures a more intense taste of the wine. 75cl, 12% vol. Blanc de Blancs, limited edition: only 2350 bottles
