Description
The light sandy loam soil at the Zilver Cruys wine estate ensures good drainage, the clay layer underneath provides the vines with all nutrients and minerals. And you like this. Pel maceration gives this wine its beautiful golden and somewhat orange-pink color (Gris de Gris or Orange wine) and you obtain a complete flavor extraction from the grape. No wood aging, yet tannins. Fresh, fruity and with flavors of flint, the wine will happily accompany your BBQ, salads and white meat dishes, but can also be a perfect companion on a sunny terrace.
