Description
A light sandy loam layer with a clay layer underneath, very rich in minerals. Add to this the gentle influence of the Maritime climate and you have one breeding ground for a perfect Pinot Noir. Thanks to the strict manual picking and manual processing of the entire production process, you get a high-quality product wine. The oak coating makes the wine refined and elegant. The light color of the Pinot Noir shines like a ruby red jewel in your glass, the scent is like that stimulating. You get generous notes of berries, cherries, cassis, sweet spices, pepper and leather. The wine almost melts on the tongue. Soft and sweet it spreads its full taste. A soft but juicy acidity provides the necessary freshness. The Acolon addition gives notes of Cassis; the rain provides a light bitter and deeper color. Pinot Noir 90% , 5% Acolon, 5% Regent This wine will proudly accompany game or poultry dishes. 'Burgundy in Flanders'
