Description
Sparkling wine with maceration of the Pinot Meunier Grape, Belgian sparkling orange wine. Pinot Meunier is a fairly difficult grape to grow. It is not common in Champagne as a single variety. Typically used in blends, it contributes fruitiness, sugars, and a touch of woodiness. As a single varietal, extracting the best qualities is a challenge. Skin maceration enhances its profile. The wine is characterized by pronounced flint notes, adding a burnt edge that pairs perfectly with roasted dishes. Red fruits linger subtly in the background, while the fine effervescence makes the flavors explode in your mouth. A bold Belgian sparkling wine, ideal for discovery. Limited edition. Brut, 75cl, 12% vol.
